I took my machine to my final physio appointment at the New Victoria as it was suggested that they would show me how to use it on mine rather than theirs. The problem was that it didn't work. Two physiotherapists used to using the machine set it all up, contacted the red and green wires and electrodes, turned it on and nothing happened. They made sure electrodes were well connected and tried again. Still nothing. On the third attempt it worked for about 3 seconds and stopped. They disconnected my wires and electrodes and tried the ones from their machine on my machine and it worked perfectly. We were all very upset that I had spent so much money for a faulty machine and told me to contact you immediately.. I was going to do that today but as I opened my e- mails to contact you I found this from you. Can you please reply as quickly as possible to tell me what to do next. I am keen to start treatment as soon as possible.

An excellent piece of equipment. Very easy to use and seems to be an effective muscle stimulater.

The print in the instructions book is so small that I find it impossible to to read even with my magnifier . I had to go back to my physio who recommended the machine for a tutorial on how to use it. Now that I have his advice I’m pleased with the machine although I still find the screen very hard to read
